Bible Study & Fellowship Opportunities

Heritage Lutheran has several groups that gather to study the Bible and strengthen friendships. It’s a wonderful way to get to know our brothers and sisters in Christ and to encourage each other in our faith through Bible study.  More information: email

  • Heritage Lutheran Adult Bible Study meets every Sunday, before worship.

  • Mugs ‘N Muffins meets on Saturday, 9:30 AM, once per month at HLC-Brandon.  All Women of Heritage are welcomed to join together for this special fellowship for devotional time, a faith story and some terrific goodies. Contact Beth Hindbjorgen for more information.  

  • Bridges Bible Study group meets twice a month. This group works around individual schedules to determine meeting times/dates and meets at HLC-Brandon.  Contact Jeremy Risty for more information.

  • The Men’s Bible Study meets weekly on Tuesdays at HLC 6:30-7:30 AM. We discuss variety of books, Bible chapters, etc. All ages are welcome! Please contact Mike Nitz for information or if you have questions.

  • The Women of Heritage Morning Bible Study meets the third Tuesday of every month at Bethany Meadows in Brandon.  All are welcome. If you have any questions, please call Jean Tysdal or Audrey Threadgold.

  • Food and Fellowship for Young Families is a group that has met monthly and is in the organizing stages.  Please contact Derrick Keffeler with your interest and availability.

  • Saturday Morning Bible Study meets twice a month 9:00 – 10:30 AM at Heritage Lutheran.  Led by Sue Hertz, the group meets when participants are available for Bible study, coffee and donuts. Contact Sue Hertz for more information.

  • Fall/Spring Bible Study Series:  Don Oberlander leads a Bible study 6 weeks in the fall and 6 weeks in the spring.  Contact Don Oberlander for more information

  • Youth in grades 7-12 meet weekly on Wednesdays during the school year for Confirmation classes or High School Bible study. They also do a monthly fun activity. Please contact Kraig or Joann Presler for more information.
